Pay Warrior is an IEC platform for women working in corporate world.
It aims to educate, engage and enable women on Equal Pay; from Equal Pay Act to Pay-slip, what exists, where are the leaks in current systems to bring it to an understanding around ‘what should be’ to drive action at respective workplaces. Our philosophy is that everything is up for an honest inquiry in the context of one’s work. It must make its way from intentions stated in policy or law to your pay-slip. We discourage any unequal, unfair distribution of pay (and power) because we believe the world of work needs Conscious, Competent, Capitalistic leaders; the blend of 3 is hard to find.
